Proteos offers fully customizable purification services for isolation of recombinant and native proteins using manual, FPLC, and HPLC chromatography methods.  Production scales range from less than a milligram up to multiple gram quantities.  Our scientists have decades of protein purification experience and can either develop a de novo process or perform an established protocol.

  • Classical (IEX, HIC, SEC, etc.) and affinity (IMAC, Protein A, FLAG, GST, etc) chromatography for purification of recombinant proteins from E. coli, baculovirus infected insect cell, or mammalian cell expression systems or customer provided biomass targeting low mg to low gram quantities of protein
  • Purification of native proteins from biological samples that are designated BSL2 or lower
  • Manual or automated purification methods using AKTA FPLC or semi-preparative Waters HPLC chromatography systems
  • Large scale SEC capabilities up to 5 grams of protein
  • Mechanical lysis capabilities from 10 mL to >2 L volumes
